Do I need to be with the NDIS to use UBU?

Most people we support are NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. If you're brand new to the NDIS, book our free info session and we'll happily walk you through how it works, no strings attached.

Can I choose my support workers?

Yes. Matching you with the right person is the whole point. We take the time to understand what you like, and we introduce workers who genuinely fit, male or female, whatever you're comfortable with.

What kind of support can you help with?

Everything from daily living, personal care and getting out in the community, to respite, high-intensity and complex care like catheter and complex bowel care. If you're not sure, ask us.
