High Intensity Support

Skilled, consistent support for complex needs, at home and in the community, across the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Some people need support from workers with specific training to stay safe, well and in control of their day. Our support workers are trained in high intensity daily activities and follow the care plan set by your health team. You get support you can rely on from people who know you.

How we work

Four steps to the right support

  1. 1

    We listen

We start by getting to know you, your routines and your care plan.

  2. 2

    We match and train

We choose workers who suit you, and train them in the specific support you need.

  3. 3

    We stay consistent

A small, regular team, so you're not explaining yourself to new people every week.

  4. 4

    We stay connected

We keep in touch with you, your family, your support coordinator and your health team.
